Nedstacks PEM Power Plant passes 40,000 hrs of operation

Today, Nedstack’s 70 kW pilot unit at the Akzo Nobel’s chlor-alkali plant in Delfzijl has reached the important milestone of reaching 40,000 hrs of operation.

Since 2007 the pilot plant has generated over 2000 MWh of fuel cell power without replacement of any of the main system components. Nedstack’s XXL stacks have been running for over 20,000 hrs in this unit proving the reliability of our PEM Power Plant technology in an industrial environment.
